latest corporate profile form SSM, director & shareholders info, financial highlights, SME Scoring, CCRIS Information, litigation, trade report, credit rating, special attention account etc prior submit your loan application to Bank. All these info represent your company credit position, any bad record may have negative impact on your loan application.

Business Term Loan

Term Financing offer from RM100K to RM30million

subject up to 40% of your business revenue as loan entitlement. 

Tenure from min 5 years to 10 years

Interest lowest at 2.7% p.a

Overdraft .OD.

Cash-line facility granted by Bank to fund your business working capital, pay business expenses, COGS etc use it as a short-term cash-flow.

Facility Amount: RM100K to RM5mil,

subject up to 40% business revenue as Overdraft entitlement.

Facility Granted Period: up to 10 years / evergreen line.

Trade Financing. LC / TR / BA / IVF / BG

Credit Term Facility granted by Bank to finance your business invoices. Submit in Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices to have up to 120 days Credit Term with lower price at 3.9% p.a.

Facility Granted Period: up to 10 years / evergreen line.

*from min 30 days up to 120 days per section financing.

Commercial / Industrial Property Financing

Part Finance on:

- Acquisition of commercial / industrial property for business usage.

- Land financing + construction of warehouse / factory building.

Refinancing:

- Completed commercial / industrial property.

- Enjoy lower interest + cash-out as working capital.

Margin of Finance:

- Commercial / Industrial property: up to 90%

- Land financing: up to 70%
